• Drivers:

  • Please pick up vehicles on May 3rd before ESMS closes, head to ESMS, ask for help, and say you need the keys to the Rav4 and Caravan. Give my name if asked who booked.

  • Please setup ELD app.

  • DO NOT SPEED YOU ARE BEING TRACKED (maybe just use Cruise Control)

  • No more than 6 hours driving in 24 hours. (2+2)

  • Rotate drivers every 2 hours (recommended but not mandated) → See footnote 1

    • Try to fill gas tank whenever possible → who knows if the next 4 gas stations might be empty

• Fuel: We are responsible for delivering the vehicles back with a full tank.

  • We will allocate up to $300 to each of the following people to pay for gas: Brielle Chenier Aidan Bowers (Deactivated) R D Matthew Visser Jennifer Luo Daniel Puratich (Unlicensed) . Please keep receipts for reimbursement.

Hotels:
