• May 9th to May 11th are dates we will be competing on.

  • The entire team must be present during these dates and minimal breaks should be anticipated

  • Be prepared having as little as 6 hours of sleep on the evening of May 9th and May 10th though depending on the state of our system we are likely to have more than that.

• We will need to fly into Alberta on at the latest on the evening of May 8th

  • We may choose to fly in sooner to test out the system.

• The earliest we fly out of Alberta is the morning of May 12th.

  • We will be drinking on the evening of May 11th for the closing banquet.

    • 1 2 hour, meetings

      • subteam meeting

      1 hour,

      • competition architecture meeting

    • 3 hour, engineering

      • subteam specific engineering work

      during the week

      • manufacturing and assembly

      • confluence documentation

    • 5 hour, weekly flight test (preparation and debrief time included) on the weekendflight testing

      • on the weekends weekly

      • preparation, debrief and cleanup are included

  • for management focused members and offsite members this distribution of time will vary
