The updated holes look good, but maybe we remove the holes that are right next to them?
The close distance is 1.44 mm which might get broken off in the waterjet
Also need to keep in mind width of batteries, which are 58 mm about
The current width is 59, so maybe we use the old P007 as there is limited waterjet availability
The old one has an inner width of 60 which is what the space between the peek standoffs are and is already known to be enough clearance for the batteries
Do you remember what dimensions were changed on P007 between the first revision and this version?

Because of the waterjet availability changes are any of your previous edits still things that you want changed?
If nothing is fastened to the holes behind the ones I added then yes I will remove them, main is checked out at the moment but once I gain access to it I’ll remove those holes if possible (if not I’ll move the new ones a bit further away)
The space between the two holes is exactly 60mm so yes the old P007 will fit (I double checked in SolidWorks) however it will be very tight. The only change in P007was increasing the space so that the batteries would fit easier

No changes to be made apart from carbon fiber plate and necessary boxtube adjustments

Change the distance of the holes to be the center distance from C24_JIG_P007
I used inches to make these parts as boxtube is in inches (foolish of me in the long run), so it might be an awkward millimeter measurement for center of the holes
These old ones have a slight bit more clearance for the battery and would allow us to use the old jig to build this new one

Removed M3 Holes closest to the holes for the jig
Confirmed battery clearance
Increased width of jig holes
Moved the jig holes slightly closer together so center distance matched the old P007 center distance

Parts to be ordered:
1 x 1 box tube
1x 13.75 in
2x 6.5 in
4 x 12.25 in

C:\WARG_CAD\COMP2024\Pegasus Jig → reference for old drawings from first Jig
use mm not inches
use hole callouts, i did not
C:\WARG_CAD\COMP2025\Pegasus 2 Jig → path for new parts
The parts that need drawings are:
P001_BOXTUBE1
P003_BOXTUBE3
P008_BOXTUBE-EXTENSIONS

Drawings look good Lucas!
A couple adjustments I would make and should have mentioned, but good to know for the future.
For ordinate dimensioning, it helps to have the leader have sharper changes in angle.
helps distinguish the leader from other lines on the drawing if it is more crowded
...
Second adjustment I made was the note on the page
Before:
ALL DIMENSIONS IN MM
1”x1”x1/8” BOX TUBE
This note lets who is machining know what the stock size is before getting worked on the mill as well as what to do afterward.
Learned about these notes while on co-op after I did those other drawings
The “ALL DIMENSIONS IN MM” is redundant from the title block, I recognize you adjusted it from my note that said it was in inches.

Box tube drawings are now adjusted to be horizontal
Leaders that are close together have a bit more separation
Isometric views added to each drawing
Box tube extension drawing now includes two orthographic views
Over defining measurements were removed
