Besides that the team time commitment is whatever you want. Feel free to put in as much time as you want.
If you’re new to the team some common advice from Chris Chung is to treat WARG a design team as just another course you do for school.
Spend an hour here and there as you would for a normal course you’re taking.
This is just a suggestion, but is a good starting place as you find your balance

Any major life events come first!!!
It’s totally reasonable to vary how much time you put into WARG when you’re on co-op or school term or any other variable life aspect no matter what position you’re at.
We prefer if you keep the team in the loop regarding your availability, however, we recognize that life is chaotic by its nature and this may not always be possible. Please note that repeatedly ghosting the team will result in a lack of trust in timelines from others over time.
Communication goes a long way! Just let us know when you will and won’t be available.
There's no need to give reasons/justifications for being busy. All sorts of stuff happens in life and nobody else is entitled to know.
