| Conops Planning
| Aidan | Planning and meetings for initial competition aircraft completed Went generally well Breaking up into groups was good, but the lecture hall style was not ideal for it People tended to talk about designs, not the topic at hand. We needed to structure the discussion better. This should have been scheduled before the conops even came out so that we were ready the day they were released. Ideas submission format was not great
Next steps: Create a document outlining the intended airframe design for the team. Hamza will do this Start creating timelines/deadlines for the various projects associated with the competition (and put them together) Start drafting conops report
