the actual connector for J10 is likely DNPed with a wire soldered directly on as it’s 1:1 to the pixhawk gpio
for uart killswitch
The input voltage to S on connector j10 determines whether the UART connection is allowed or disallowed
logic
connect S to GND to allow UART coms
with anything … jumper wire, cable, pixhawk, etc, the board doesn’t care

float S or pull to +3.3 V to disallow UART coms
