Booking Rooms

Background

WARG as a student team under the ECE faculty has access to both SDC resources and ECE faculty rooms.

WARG requires rooms for our meetings (subteam, lead, director, etc.) though all work sessions should fit in the bay. SDC rooms are preferred because they’re easy to book though ECE faculty rooms are much larger and generally much more available due to less competition.

Only subteam leads and directors can book rooms. If you’re a general member please message and coordinate with your subteam leads regarding the room you want, the date and time, and reasons

SDC Rooms

See pinned message in #leads for website for login and booking. This proccess is fairly straight forward once you sign in. Access is given by SDC director and we all (at WARG) share the same login.

ECE Faculty Rooms

ECE rooms you are required to send an email to ECE booking directors from the current WARG email.

ECE Booking coordinators:

Email with the following info:

• Date/time of booking, as well as reoccurrence rate

• Size of room/capacity
