Use Case
The Nexus Share Drive was established as a method to store larger, long term files. This includes:
Ops digital media (photos, videos, etc.)
Subteam video tutorials
Flight test logs over 2 terms old
All other files from OneDrive that are no longer frequently accessed
Nexus Share Drive is jointly owned by Operations Leads and Team Directors.
Share Drive Access
Unlike the team OneDrive, the share drive contains files that are accessed by very few team members. As a result, access is limited to a few team members.
Access Levels
Tier 1 (Admin): Directors, Operations Leads
Allows file read and write
Allows add/remove of group members
Gives access to group manager permissions
Tier 2 (General): Subteam Leads and Project Managers, as needed
Allows file read and write
If you need to be added to either of these access groups, ping Ops Leads in #ops-administration.
