Steps

1. When you have an improvement for the competition drone, create an RFC

   1. this should be done before spending significant time discussing with people

2. Fill out the template to organize your thoughts

3. Create an rfc thread in discord and discuss with relevant individuals. Make sure the name of the thread matches your RFC title.

   1. Be sure to ping Technical Director and Sysint tags for all RFCs

 Why do a “Request for Change”?

RFCs are used to keep track of changes and updates to the architecture of a project. This allows us to let other sub-teams know about potential changes they may need to make in tandem
