Problem Statement
The tracking antenna as a platform consists of a processor, some servos, as well as the physical antenna mount which provides capability to target and follow a moving object that is reporting their locatino over MAVLink.
The tracking antenna project should support multiple command, control, or video systems and should be design in a robust enough manner to carry low frequency, high weight antennas.

MVP to have antenna offer 1-axis (yaw)
