Policy

Funding sources, quantities, stipulations, and timing of funding are permissible to be shared publicly with appropriate approximations.

Justification

We want to be able to tell others about what we’re doing at WARG!
- Members working in finance would like to disclose information about the cash flow within WARG to potential employers. Allowing them to do this is in alignment with Team Charter .
Most of our sources are legally required to (or do on their own) already disclose how much they sponsor/donate to our team already.
We don’t have any reason to hide the amount of money we have as a team and our financial status.
Our financial status changes quickly, do not use exact values.

Publishing the records ourselves is a lot of overhead for no benefit so this likely won’t be done in the foreseeable future, but it would be nice.
Members are allowed to mention this information publicly in conversation and on their resumes.
