Results
Didn’t destroy the airframe
Followed checklist and brought required items
Good population of people
Timelines were generally relatively accurately followed
Communication on the flight line were slightly poor
Test CFG before getting to the flight line
Create checklist for spare PWM cables, wires, etc. in general
Ensure that spare parts that are brought are able to actually be used
Improve communication on the way to the flight test for prepping the aircraft
Communicate timelines properly beforehand on action items and following up prepping for flight tests, making sure that tasks are assigned
Harnessing for the aircraft needs to be addressed, ensuring clearance with motors
Delegate tasks in a manner that takes into account the bandwidth of each individual person
Set tighter checkpoints on timelines and making sure that if tasks aren’t completed, we cancel the flight test
RCA items to discuss:
harnessing
motor mounts
soldering
people factor
