Preparation

- Build Big Quad 2025 excluding:
  - full GPSes (waiting for shipping)
    - one spare GPS M9 mounted
    - Real M10s arrived and are fitted
  - POR rangefinder (using alternative for now, waiting for shipping)
  - analog video system (not needed)
    - Removed on 9/12/2024
  - lighting boards (dont exist yet)
  - CV system (not needed)
  - OpFlow
    - fitted
    - @Daniel Puratich new correct harness on 9/13/2024 here
  - Took a while to ensure it doesn’t blow up.
- Software
  - Starting from fresh setup

- Arm & motor Labelling

- Motor Direction
  - No props
  - run motor test a few times to verify
  - use reversal pads to fix so direction is props in configuration
- Drone Motor Response
  - Run motors no props, tilt drone on table with motors running in stabilize
  - Ensure correct motors throttle up and donw
- Final prep
  - Borrow ratchet straps from midsun
  - ratchet strap drone in jig to table so it cannot go anywhere
Location
- WARG Bay or E7 1401
- WARG bay will be easiest if we comfy with it safety wise
Test
- People must not be in the same room when running
- fit props
- Stabilize flight mode so we have real throttle control
- slow throttle ramp up a few times
- should go up to full throttle at least once to prove system
- hold middle throttle for a bit make sure stuff doesn't overheat
- make sure its not vibrating
