Review 1:
Hey @Sohee Yoon ,
Looks great, just a couple of revisions:
Ensure proper integration between the lid and the case. Right now it seems as if the lid is placed on top of that case without being secured via fasteners. Be sure to integrate fasteners between the lid and case if they are separate parts.
I believe there is interference between the Antenna head and case. Ensure this does not happen as we can fit the antenna into the case (picture below)
Ventilation looks great. Can we add another vent at the top on both sides of the case?
Please remove the cylindrical extrusion on the sides of the case (unless they provide some sort of significance?)
Great work so far! Thank you for the help!

Updates:
I did a bit of a redesign of the lid. Originally it was attached by a ‘slot’ method, but it could fall off easily. So instead I thought maybe screws with a heat insert but seemed a bit over-the-top. Final verdict, I added a way for the lid to slide into the mount, it also helps align the lid (circled in red) and I thought we could simply place tape to attach the lid to the mount (in green). Since it’s a small mount and lid, tape should be sufficient enough to keep it all in place.
The interference is mainly on CAD, since the antenna part (long wire) is bendable. There should be enough tolerance and space to prevent any interference with the antenna part.
Everything else has been updated to match Review 1 above.

Review 2:
For the lid, what stops the lid from coming apart? I guess we can also add tape all around? Will confirm with @Alison Thompson on Mar 11, 2024
Try to add some tolerance with the outer portion of the aligners and the inner walls of the encasing. I think 0.75mm on both side should be sufficient for this case.

CAD Review:
I don’t love the “just tape it” idea, if you have the time I would make the pieces clip together somehow, maybe look at ways to do this? Otherwise looks fine to me. If you don’t have time to make it not taped together that’s fine.

Updates:
Added a way to clip the lid and mount together (followed a YouTube tutorial). Tolerance is 0.2 mm on all sides of the clip.
I’m not sure how strong this will be. Like the clips could break off, but because the mount is small, I’m not sure if there’s any other ideas to clip the lid
Any new ideas are welcomed
