Initial Design
Created a support to go underneath the boom
The part would be 3mm thick aluminum sheet metal
m3 screws would go all the way through the boom to secure it in place
two of the already modeled standoffs would also be used to keep the support held in place

Design Review
For thickness, use 8 GA (or even slightly thinner if it's just resting on it) aluminum sheet metal. It’s about 3.26 mm I believe
You can adjust the standoffs, if necessary. The height of them goes directly to the boom as well as making it M5 screws to be used for this matter
Box tube isn’t too consistent in corner radius so bending a piece of sheet metal to fit around it may not be the easiest
Maybe look at a piece of C channel if you want to continue with this idea? Doesn’t need to be as thick
My original thought for this was to have two supports to the side and use a plate with a similar shape to the top one from the spars.
Was thinking this would help assist not having the boom bend due to moments from the rudder, although it should be restricted from the center mount already.
I think there’s some freedom for how you want to continue
