CHANGES FOR REVIEW
Removed the hole on the bottom on the tank, replaced with tube mount, which should have a ziptie tightened around it to hold the outlet tube. Slots are added so water will still reach the tube.
These holes were widened (up to 8mm) to accommodate new tube size:
Pumps mounted to the bottom of the drone:
Drone inlet and outlet tubes should be under tension like this to help keep centered:

Looks good from initial view
was concerned about how tubes would be dangling, but seems ok to have them tied together
would it be beneficial to add slots to bottom of tank for more permanent routing location for them?
Like the idea of having tube secured inside of the tank at the bottom to help drain the tank
Will water leakage issues be solved with this revision? If i remember, there were issues between lexan and tank

Can you

Do we need something to prevent the tubes from swinging too much in the direction I’ve marked w/ green (kinda like a playground swing currently)? I don’t think tension would fully resist that motion but I can’t predict how bad that swinging motion would be. Just something to consider
Another idea to route the tubes to prevent swinging:
We could add a small chamfer to this part just to help the tube slide in more easily. The wall is also like 1.5 mm thick so if it’s not possible all g
Could add fillet to these types of edges (marked in blue)

It looks great, my only concern is what Smile mentioned. Can’t think of anything else besides tying the end of the tubes to the other legs of the landing gear as follows. We can also play with weights (which I believe Alison already mentioned).

Updates for tank below @Khalil Ramzi :
raise the surface by the m5 and m3 holes by about 1 - 2 mm. enough that the O-ring can be compressed and the polycarb doesn’t warp but not too much that a seal can’t be made
Check attached photos
o-ring diameter: 0.093” → 2.36 mm

Updates for tank:
Instead of raising the tank material, we’re going to add cut-up o-ring pieces around the bolts, so I added channels with the same dimensions as the main o-ring channel around the bolt holes for those additional o-ring pieces
In order to fit them around the M3 bolt holes, I had to extend the protrusion
Made M3 holes Through All, as requested by @Evan Janakievski

NEW REQUIRMENTS
Add second clip to bottom of tank for a second outlet tube
Add 2 more holes to polycarb to allow for 2 more tubes
Update hole size for tube holes to match what is in real life

Completed design changes:
Second clip at bottom of tank
Modifications to polycarb
Doubled the tube holes
Widened the area around the M3 holes for the o ring solution mentioned above

With @Rohaan Vasa 's request, separated the tube clips from the tank to make the print work. The tank file is rolled back to not have the clips, with all the tube clip features in their own folder for clarity.
Main assembly was updated with the addition of the clips as a separate part.
