  • Need to send infill info, should be 30%

  • ETA for parts + construction: Next week

• Gimbal: Justin, Jean and David finished up final design!

  • Ready to 3D print and send out request to WatiMake

  • Figure out where/how to get sheet aluminum - most likely E3. Justin to make drawings so it can be machined

  • Motor choice: Brushless DC Motors

  • .hpp files are in, should be ready to start .cpp

• Safety Chip

  • Aadi to be working Safety’s Interchip side

  • Need to test Safety parts out standalone on Safety breakout board

• Gimbal/Grabber Test FW Ready

  • Mech team can now test it w/ an Arduino

• Telemetry Architecture

  • Started by Jingting, tentative deadline: January

CV Update

Shrinjay, Aryan

• Shrinjay plans to implement a new target analysis system/architecture that works better for Python

  • Instead of storing the frame as an object, it will be stored as a numpy array

  • Current target: Medical tent on black tarmac

  • Desired system output: Location of tents

• A new repo was made!

  • Got first state

  • Can grab frame from a stream

• Reading research and looking into feasible implementations

Flight Tests on Nov 28 and Dec 5

• Come on out Nov 28 for a Flight Test! For Fun!

  • Will bring out Smouter/maybe a couple of other planes that are “ok to crash” so people can fly them

• Dec 5 will be Test Flight Test

  • Autonomous Flight Test

  • We should have a clean, usable Safety Controller on Dec 5

  • Test out 1 or 2 sensor drivers

• Fun flight test 28th, test flight test 5th
