Comp Drone

Flight testing this week

• two cad reviews so far

• mostly finalized

• Ready to start manufacturing some parts

• booms and cross assembly for pusher needs to be redone

Lights can be mounted on tail/wings instead of fuselage

• manufacturing plan in progress

START manufacturing things

• drafting drawings for manufacturing

Ground Tower

No changes

• current tower works

• no antenna tracking but it works

• efs drafting everything we will need for the comp tower

We will require more expensive motors and escs for competition drone

• require electrical budget as well

Flight Testing

Flew the Sys-Int 2 week drone

• lifted off for 4 seconds

• not enough thrust

• 2 batteries

Second Test

• wings taken off for second test

Frame doesn’t seem structural enough to try CTOL operations
