• unique nose and tail cone

• mold for main cabin

• mold for avionics - fiberglass

molds are a pain

thin flat sheet, rolled, to make the main cabin

nose/tail cone same shape to use the same mold

thermal forming for clear sheet of plastic is an option, not as stiff, not sure about this. would be lighter than fiberglass

conclusions:

1. Fuselage cylinder is out of a flat sheet of curved up CF

2. Cage frame vertical spars threaded, go through the bottom of the fuselage skin

3. avionics compartment will hinge w/ a gasket
