SDC meeting summary

1. Sarah will be our person to go for all purchase, likely there will be a SDC credit card so that we can ask Sarah to buy stuff from there. Including WEEF purchases. New go to person for Team budgeting soon.

2. WEEF funding app due Mar 3.

3. Concur: Have we bought stuff from there already? Concur doesn’t work well with travelling stuff, that will require old routing. Concur should be able to process MEF transactions as well, ask Sarah for more detail

4. Peter willl ask Dean if we can use the Dean’s meeting room. Either gonna be on booking system or book by email

5. New driver registering: 1 on 1/more interview: 90mins meeting. Need to have Full G or equivlent for at least a few month (has some flexibility). Trailer training requires 3 session: classroom training, parking lot training and high way training

6. General idea: do not incorporate ourselves as a non profit organization, it’s more trouble than benefit. If we need cheaper software, let Peter know. Procurement is only 3% HST

7. Having the funding for a new Mini Van / Full size Van for 12 people so that we can take more people/less drivers or vehicles for next comp. No extra training will be required
