  • Aidan’s intention is to be involved, not sure how much

    • Most involvement will be on EFS

  • There is no sysint meetings/team currently

    • Feels like a good path

  • No more sysint subteam, at most make a tag for “architects”

    • We are keeping the group but no the subteam, all previous sysint members lose it

    • We will just have a group of SMEs known as architects ?

      • Dedicated arch meetings ?

    • Directors do timelines etc.

  • 2023-02-20 Sysint Team Structure and Roadmap

  • Project integration goes to project managers & Directors above them

    • Aidan was kind of doing everything when he was sysint lead and he wasnt a director so it was a weird scope issue

  • Who is responsible for RFCs ?

    • Request people to review who have relevant knowledge ?

  • Responsibilies of previous sysint team is being pushed to subteam leads and directors

  • Realistically entire sysint team in the past was primarily Aidan and so like things arent really gonna change when we say we’re getting rid of sysint.

  • Architecture team will exist as previously decided

  • Removing role out of Discord
