Active PCB Projects

High Current Power Module (Zen, Chris)

• 5V-Buck: Found components, working on documenting findings on confluence.

• Zen: finished component selection for 12V buck & current sensing IC 12S Power Module

  • Michael will follow up with Zen on footprint and component naming

12S ESC (Ethan, Chris)

• Component selection complete

• All components to be added to library by July 13

• Digikey order will be going out very soon for important chips

6S ESC (Mena, Rayyan)

• Project sort of on schedule? Deadlines have been shifted to be more aggressive.

• Rayyan will be busy for next few days

LED Controller (Bennett)

• Need to reach out to Ben

ELRS Gemini (Michael, Farris)

Project currently behind timeline

Michael:

• Schematic almost complete, inter IC connections complete, Power complete. Just need connector for plugging into TX16 and fan power

• Need sync with Farris

• Adding safety features to this board?? (RPP, TVS, Overcurrent)

• Need to do design review with Ethan and Daniel

PDB (Tom, Matthew)

• Finished block diagram

• Currently on component selection for bucks, documenting on confluence

Tracking Antenna (Nolan, Hardy)

• had broken down the pcb into smaller tasks

• component selection is ongoing, try getting it done this weekend

12S Servo Module (Stanley, Jack)

Stanley:

• Had sync up with Jack

• Current sense resistor chosen, will show Jack how to add component to Altium and swap out the one in the current schematic

• Did some quick research about RC snubber, I don’t think we need one?

• Should be able to request schematic/footprint review before next meet
