• In this meeting discussing the number of vehicles and people we want to go to competition

  • Comp Roster interest form was announced here a while ago

  • As of 11/29/2023 there are six submission for interest in attending competition

  • 5k from dean’s funding.

• Waiting until next term for people selection

  • This has a hard deadline April 2nd for AEAC submission

• A few times this term I’ve seen people falsely claiming involvement with WARG

• This has been handled behind the scenes in the past by me, but seeing how this is becoming more and more common should be standardized and within the scope of all leads?

• Policy to handle it is now documented in Member Definition such that any lead can handle going forward as well.

• Also slightly updated Bootcamper Onboarding to offer a lil more upfront clarity to uh “you have to join the team by completing this stuff before claiming you have”

  • To be clear this doesn't really matter because all the instances that occurred this term have been fairly egregious lies and not an edge case misunderstanding.
