Good:
Optical flow was calibrated
Obstacle Avoidance worked in Loiter & Auto modes
Bad:
More LTE issues.
ZeroTier seems to have gone down, and we were unable to connect to the drone.
We should look into direct reverse-SSH to the drone.

RX on Pegasus is still wired to 3-wire RCIN
We should really change this to be 4-wire on telem3 (same as houston) so that the RC controller can also view telemetry stats.
Pegasus Tune
Pegasus tune (both attitude + position controllers) are quite poor. This might be because it’s a significantly larger airframe with folding props, but it’s nowhere near as locked in as Vanguard, Icarus, or Houston…..
Houston hard landing means landing gear needs to be replaced before next flight, as does lidar mount

EFS | ELRS Configuration | Testing gemini - gathered ardupilot telemetry, but link stats were (only) from TX16-EP1 (logs on blue controller that are not yet uploaded). Were not getting link qual/receiver strength/ to diversity signal strength - so modify gemini firmware to take link stats on gemini board → package AFTER ardupilot stats → able to see this telemetry.

Mech | Tracking Antenna Mechanical | Parts are being ordered for the large tracking antenna, on track to be completed by agreed upon timeline of late Feb/early March, CAD is complete for the most part. Still need to redesign servo mounts according to @Nathan Green . Summary: Servo L-sheet metal are too long in length. Cannot bring screws in due to tripod interference. Need to create a mount that screws in through the middle. Any objections? |

Will probably complete ground testing this week and implement in flight test for feb 10. Not a huge rush but can speed up this timeline if people are interested in doing the work early. looking for whether or not the data rate is good enough to keep the antenna pointed at the drone. So can gather this data without actually putting it on the flight line. Budgeting: pick the lowest price point you can get away with
