Went from not having a payload to having one!

Comp drone
- Angled landing gear, tipping bars
Eclipse
- frame was machined and constructed (besides tail boom)
- wing prototype done
- final few things to be manufactured
- need to find way to attach fuselage to frame
- a few more parts to be designed
- landing gear needs to be manufactured (already laser cut)
Houston
- new motors ordered
- needs to be tuned
Dallas
- new landing gear made
Tracking antenna
- new design for base plate
Ground station (IMACs)
- monitor mounted
- working on case for electrics, switches, keyboard
- needs to be finalized

Comp payload
- make it work
- test with practice
Eclipse flying as early as possible
- end of Feb for mech completion (could conflict with midterms)
- open to discussing timelines more
- Camilo PMing assembly for eclipse
- get a second set of wings
- collect data by the end of the term
New frame
- coordinate with subteams that want to use it (auto and efs)
- need list of what we need to put on the frame
- need this info ASAP
- get someone from mech just review for quality
Ground station case
- get mounting plate done for this
Tacking antenna side
- CAD finalized and reviewed for redesign
- manufacturing is low priority
Previous goals
- Eclipse wings → first set of wings flown on Feb 1, second set mid Feb
- Tail design for eclipse?

Tracking antenna:

Doubt it’ll be ready for this year comp
Plan was to think abt. redesign last term but most of the time was spent on getting the pitch to work mechanically
A redesign of the main plate has already been done, it needs to be reviewed formally (couple leads + tracking antenna PM Sohee)
