December: Auto Takeoff-Landing, Stabilized Fixed Wing & Quadcopter flight. Tracking antenna modelled and ready. Comms Emulator Complete.

Mid-Jaunary: start tuning on competition frame. Ardupilot Passthrough Complete & Ready.

Start of February: Auto Takeoff-Landing integrated with forward flight. Tuning started on main competition frame. Groundstation with CV ready.

Decision to Stay with ZP or Move to Ardupilot –

Mid February: Systems Complete flight test. Simulator Complete.

NOTHING MAJOR SHOULD BE CHANGED AFTER MARCH 1st –

March: System characterization flights, Integration flights, Incremental upgrades

April: Competition simulations && Documentation, Competition team bringup.

May: Competition
