F24 Operations Leadership

  • Georgia to serve as pseudo-ops lead on top of Exec Director role

Plans for the term

  • Big recruitment push this term → need to promote the team both online and irl

  • Asana use → absolutely essential, need more project ownership/responsibility on ops moving forward. Having a clear project owner marked in Asana should help with this

Recruitment

  • Recruitment sessions, team socials will be a big push this term

Media

  • Media presence a bit thin last term (understandable since there wasn’t much going on)

  • Big focus on recruitment → push recruitment events, socials, flight tests etc.

  • Flight test / comp prep posts as usual

Finance / Sponsorships

  • Final IPP review → good to go live?

  • Who is managing finance and sponsorship post-Wingchee?

    • Last term was a weird transition period

    • Should get a new finance PM started asap?

  • F24 wishlist items already being collected

  • Need to start working on sponsor proposals early
