Big recruitment push this term → need to promote the team both online and irl
Asana use → absolutely essential, need more project ownership/responsibility on ops moving forward. Having a clear project owner marked in Asana should help with this
Recruitment
Recruitment sessions, team socials will be a big push this term
Media
Media presence a bit thin last term (understandable since there wasn’t much going on)
Big focus on recruitment → push recruitment events, socials, flight tests etc.
Flight test / comp prep posts as usual
Finance / Sponsorships
Final IPP review → good to go live?
Who is managing finance and sponsorship post-Wingchee?
Last term was a weird transition period
Should get a new finance PM started asap?
