Our goal as a team is you have a good time and feel engaged as per Team Charter (2021-2024) and Keep WARG Engaging! and consequently want to put time into WARG
You will find that if you ascend through the organizational structure the time commitment expectations do increase. The Onboarding documents hopefully make this clear in the expectations sections.
To be clear, this means we are expecting members of leadership are able to commit time to WARG!

Subteam leads are epected to exceed an hour per day of WARG work when onsite
Directors are expected to exceed multiple hours per day of WARG work when onsite
