This document outlines the roster selection process for this competition cycle (2024-2025)

Competition Attendee Time Commitment
May 9th to May 11th are dates we will be competing on.
The entire team must be present during these dates and minimal breaks should be anticipated
Be prepared having as little as 6 hours of sleep on the evening of May 9th and May 10th though depending on the state of our system we are likely to have more than that.
We will need to fly on at the latest on the evening of May 8th
We may choose to fly in sooner to test out the system.
The earliest we fly out is the morning of May 12th.
We will be drinking on the evening of May 11th for the closing banquet.
Season

This is to be comprised roughly of
1 hour, subteam meeting
1 hour, competition architecture meeting
3 hour, subteam specific engineering work during the week
5 hour, weekly flight test (preparation and debrief time included) on the weekend
