Wingchee W No new transactions posted on WEEF Public allocation spreadsheet. All new transactions look familiar. The purchase that was discussed at a prior ops meeting (Anthony’s RFDesign $747. 86 purchase is now recorded on WEEF’s Public Allocation spreadsheet)

WEEF also recorded the wrong funding acc for Megan’s ~$1200 Composites Canada purchase. I’m waiting for Anthony’s feedbacks before sending out the email to Sarah. This caused our WEEF S22 Airframe acc to have around -$1300 balance. To deal with this deficit balance, We decided to use up the remaining ~$300 in the W22 Mech tooling & storage acc, then hopefully WEEF will let us wave the remaining deficit in the S22 account. Sarah is talking to WEEF right now, waiting to hear back from them since Thursday.

MNS Tesla

• Wingchee W Sarah Finance is going to process processing the $625 into our team Tesla funds. I emailed Sarah today to ask if the processing has been completed and an update on our team funds balanceIt’s not completed yet, Sarah will email us again once completed.

Working out account balance differences between our internal ledger’s and WEEF’s. Getting reimbursement/procurement infos from some ppl and adjusting tax refund cost differences.

• Wingchee W emailed Sarah about the $400, now just checking what the whole $400 EMS Predeposit is all about. I hope we can spend the $400 like store credit.. Update: No email reply from Sarah$400 Pre-deposit was never a recognized transaction on WEEF or EMS’s end.
