WEEF proposal prep: make a spreadsheet template for leads to fill out?

MEF Sponsorship proposal: prepared a one-over-one approval endorsement form, a project form, and a powerpoint. So far we’re waiting for the list of items to ask MEF for. MEF wants fixed cost items. Due Oct 31 11:59pm, but they recommend we hand it in sooner so there’s enough time to process.. I emailed them trying to negotiate a later submission time for us (that’s closer to the hard deadline).
