• Outline requirements (Meeting 1)

  • break out into groups with at least 1 experienced team members

  • We outline the capabilities we want of the aircraft not the form of the aircraft

• Brainstorm Form Factors (Meeting 2)

  • based on the requirements discussed at the previous meeting

  • Everyone creates a design proposal from these groups

• Guide is needed for the breakout groups

  • Google doc/sheet that is shared with the group leaders before the meeting

  • Attendance google form (name & subteam)

  • The topics of discussion for Meeting 2 will be determined after meeting 1
