Onboarding new leads
New leads probably know mostly how the team works already, but to gain leadership experience and get a better idea of specifically mech leadership, recap some stuff.
Shadowing:
presentations - new leads should present with the old leads in prep for taking over responsibilities. this means in general meetings, they are involved with and can lead part of the the presentation/ discussion. Also ok to just shadow the current leads until you have a good idea of what to do.
meetings - can run a meeting while the old leads are still around to offer feedback. otherwise, just shadow the current leads while running meetings (take notes, make sure to get involved w/ discussion, regular meeting involvement).
Things you may not know about:

it also includes Restarting WARG, which you should read through when you’re sad or something. Or if you want to know the step-by-step for restarting warg if it dies (again).
