Tweaks on EE bootcamp, how are we doing with that?
We have five members working on it! Most progress is half way through it. Seems to be going well so far though nobody has completed it in the first week.
FW wants to hire a co-op, do we have a willing supervisor? Let’s kick the process off to get paperwork together if we need a new one, continuous starts August

FW Bootcamp
Anthony Luo can likely fill in as co-op supervisor, ask him asap to get training done
Jinghao Lei can also fill in as co-op supervisor
Asana use by team:
EE: Have not been using Asana at all, don’t do enough to make Asana useful, don’t have enough integrated projects, currently storing this data but right into confluence. Currently don’t have enough work planned out for backlogged. Projects aren’t really split up, it’s just people working on large chunks of projects.
EE will try adopting Kanban for their operations
FW: Firmware has a lot of tasks, making an effort to use it, goes in and updates it once in a while. Wasn’t used last term because people either forgot about or didn’t want to. Would go through at the very end. What needs to be done to be a conscious effort. Ticket has a description, confluence page that has links to Asana tasks.
FW will have asana open during meetings as well as confluence, synchronize data between that
FW will start having a backlog
CV: Meetings run on confluence, task planning is done on Asana, updated after meetings.
Mech: will switch to backlogging
