Test Geolocation with local logging. (GPS coords are saved on pi, then processed to kml later after extracting log files from pi)

Looking at FTP, although this writes files to the Pixhawk itself: this solution means writing a file to the pixhawk, then having the ground station read this file from the pixhawk later
