Team Exec & Lead Promotion

This document is to formalize the process of members being promoted to Team Exec or Subteam leads.

How can you get into the promotion process:

Team Exec:

1. Eligibility: The candidate must have been a subteam lead for at least two terms

2. Application: Submit an application package

3. Nomination: Be nominated by 2 subteam leads or 4 team members

Subteam lead:

1. Eligibility: The candidate must have been a member for at least 2 terms (and a member of the subteam for at least 1 term in case of internal transfer)

2. Application: Submit an application package

3. Nomination: Be nominated by 1 subteam lead or 2 team members of the subteam
