Purpose
This page seeks to define what it means to be a member of WARG for the purposes of tracking on the team roster.
Requirements
A person is a “member of WARG” if and only if they meet all of the following requirements:
Must be a current University of Waterloo Student
This is also documented in the bootcamper onboarding document
This means some advisors who are not current students we do not count as members.
Have completed Bootcamper Onboarding
All requirements in this document must be completed.
Have completed at least one subteam bootcamp found in https://uwarg-docs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BOOT
If you meet all the requirements in this document then you classify as a member of that subteam
Have completed New Member Onboarding
All requirements in this document must be completed.
Attend a single subteam meeting for the school term
Online or in person
Attendance means being present for at least a few minutes
Fill out the team roster this term
This should be done only after the other requirements of this document have been met
Good character as evaluated by the leadership team
The team will clearly inform you if you do not meet this requirement.
