Introduction

Equity, diversity, and inclusion, also known as belonging or EDI is a priority for WARG! Embracing diversity in team composition strengthens the fabric of innovation, fostering an environment where different perspectives and backgrounds converge to create groundbreaking solutions. Diversity in all its forms helps us explore more and better design our engineering solutions. It is great for our community, engineering outcomes, and sponsors love it for good reason! WARG has always implicitly promoted these concepts via Team Charter (2021-2024) and Culture which is clearly evident by our History. This document’s purpose is to explicitly define some of these policies.
