Double checking with Sarah to see what’s up with the WEEF Allocation Public Spreadsheet, starting with what does vendor = Paypal mean, and can old owner (of W23-414)'s purchases end up on our WARG page of the financial spreadsheet?

Update: Our WEEF account number changed from W23-413… to W23-414.. We have 5 WEEF W23-414 accounts . I changed the 5 relevant account numbers accordingly on the WARG ledger
