- Sub-team divided packing lists? - decide need for these + how to organize the packing this afternoon/eve
- Convey info about last minute updates like hotel rooms @ Alma
- Presentation plan - presenters must be decided, next steps defined. In terms of content, format, service used to make presentation (pptx, other)
- Flight line roles? - define who is going on the flightline
- sidenote from megan I think this can be fluid, like if there needs to be different people on different days + if someone suddenly becomes VERY critical they should be able to replace another person on the flightline
