Meeting goals
- Schedule for tonight and Wednesday morning - recap this to confirm people are fully aware of what needs to be done at what time
Arrive at 6 and aim to leave at 6:30 - all packing should be complete tonight
- Sub-team divided packing lists? - decide need for these + how to organize the packing this afternoon/eve. itemized? storage containers??

Pack everything before 6pm - Graeme has to check the trailer before 5pm (after this meeting)
Using similar boxes for things to pack - ideally more durable than a cardboard box, use cases when possible. things that are delicate → don’t want them to be crushed
Soldering stations, things that are set up externally, go in larger storage like bottom drawer or other bins. Common use tools are in drawers
Bring trash bags - large
- Convey info about last minute updates like hotel rooms @ Alma
- Presentation plan - presenters must be decided, next steps defined. In terms of content, format, service used to make presentation (pptx, other)
- Flight line roles? - define what roles need to be filled @ the flightline.
- sidenote from megan I think this can be fluid, like if there needs to be different people on different days + if someone suddenly becomes VERY critical they should be able to replace another person on the flightline
