• Use funding for this year’s competition

• Will need to provide a detailed competition budget (Wingchee W)

  • $120 for food (last year)

• Do we have all items from leads? Pending changes

• Proposal submissions: October 31

• Proposal Presentations: November 7

• Made a Powerpoint and Google submission form

• Presentation lineup: Wingchee, Georgia, Daniel, Emma, Taim

WEEF proposal prep: make a spreadsheet template for leads to fill out?

MEF Sponsorship proposal: prepared a one-over-one approval endorsement form, a project form, and a powerpoint. So far we’re waiting for the list of items to ask MEF for. MEF wants fixed cost items.
