Continue supporting Flight Test + Systems Integration operations

Each subteam please have a breakdown of what you’ll likely need to support your projects across the next ~ 12-18 months.
Put these into a well formatted document listing at least minimum, maximum, and some average cost breakdown for each item.
- Send these to wingchee + directors no later than [date: proposed ~~jan 30] (this is 1 day from today)
