A couple bullet points on the team’s general goals/focus points this week, and if there’s anything that is blocking your team.

Directors

  • flight test team support

  • helping organize funding breakdowns

Autonomy

  • image transmission progress

  • testing for test 2 pathing code - close to being done, will need a flight test soon

EFS

  • start gemini work

  • buy gps

  • flight test

  • tracking antenna ground test again (prob push for the flight test)

  • ask mech for a piece of metal (order from EMS stores :D) it is very cheap (aluminum)

  • buy IMUs

EE

  • Capacitor analysis on Pegasus

  • Bring up one more 12-5 buck converter pcb

  • Add an IMU on Zp3

  • Route components on tracking antenna pcb

  • Study downstream device current draw on PDB

  • 6S ESC component selection

  • 12S ESC set up Field oriented control

Mechanical

  • Continuing machining peggy 2

    • modified this version to be better :D

  • Continue building antenna tracker

Operations

  • Working on the W24 funding proposals

  • Reaching out to new sponsors

  • What is the play this year? When are midterms, and how can we schedule around reading week better?

 Flight Test Schedule re-examination

  • How is this working out for everyone?

  • Are sub-team members actively coming to flight tests? Haven’t seen many members except for core / old members…..

 Competition pilot/gso + advanced operator

  • Thinking we should lock-in people who can commit for critical roles.

  • Have had volunteer from numerous people in varying ways - seems fair to open ground schooling to all members & then only sponsor a few tests?
