Last work session

• Finished machining the last arm connector

• Houston 3/4 finished. Need to fix/possibly remake one of the landing gear legs

• Most of the jigs were machined. Need to remake some brackets and drill holes on a couple of tubes

• Cut CF tubes for Pegasus 2 prior to exams (April 8-11th)

• The goal is to have Pegasus 2 mechanically assembled before exams and handed off to EE to wire

• Made Purchase request for yaw servo sheet metal. Will order once approved.

• Justin Liu finished up the drawings. To me they seem fine, however, I would like a second opinion

  • All we really need is the dimensioning for the countersinks

• Sohee Yoon has been working on the AKK mount

  • To be honest, I have no idea how to review this design. Look’s very cool, but I’m not too sure about tolerancing and 3D printing.

• I also believe somebody is working on the small box? How’s the progress on that?

Frame

• Arm connectors have been CNCd. Need to mill out holes on the tube portion and tap them

• Landing gear prototype and jig to be machined tomorrow

Cabin

Close to final iteration of the cabin. Been working on organizing and simplifying the designs.

Waiting on door hinge design from Divit Gawri

Otherwise, other items are ready for review.

Update on seats? -Nathan

• Sohee and Evan cut down most of the curves on the seats to make it a simpler extrusion. We can simplify it more if needed.
