SolidWorks CAD files were found for the XT90 connectors on GrabCAD. The dimensions were almost exactly the same as the 2D drawings provided above, so the caps were modelled based on 3D CAD found. Parts and assembly are now uploaded to PDM under COMP 2025 → Electronics → XT90 Covers.

I printed these, test fit was a bit too tight so I edited the tolerances on the parts a bit. Also added a flat bit to help remove the ones for male connectors.
