  • STM32 MCU used for voltage snesing, PWM signal generation, and status controlling

  • 32.7680KHZ Oscillator required for STM32

Gate Driver

DRV8328BRUYR

  • Gate driver used for driving the H-Bridge MOSFETS for the variosu stages of BLDC control. Takes PWM signals from MCU as input and drives each BLDC phase accordinglly.

Three Phase Inverter

  • N-Channel MOSFETS used for switching between each phase of the BLDC motor according to the desired commutation (See the links below for understanding how commutation works)

INA180

  • Used to amplify the voltage across the current sense resistor, which is fed to the MCU to calculate the current through the motor

Power

MAX5033DASA+

  • Buck Converter IC, used for stepping battery voltage (14.8V to 16.8V) to 3.3V to power the MCU and LEDs
