WARG Meeting Notes

This introduction outlines specific guidelines which should be followed for the sake of avoiding naming conflicts, easier searchability, and improved findability. If this document does not answer your questions, please try to follow existing formatting patterns or query in Discord. Date format for all meetings beginning with "YYYY-MM-DD" was chosen to comply with Data Handling policy and existing standards. All words in confluence page titles should be capitalized, do not use the words "of", "a", or "the" in meeting titles. See the following for page structure and examples.

Structure. 

  • Topic: [topic] Meetings

    • Term: [F,W,S][YY] [topic] Meetings

      • Subteam meeting: [YYYY-MM-DD] [subteam name or abbreviation] Meeting

      • Specific meeting: [YYYY-MM-DD] [subject]

The most recent meeting shall be ordered higher on the content window (on the left). This was done to help people to catchup with the latest meetings showing up first instead of having to scroll further.
