For the team to improve we require feedback. Please give feedback in accordance with . If you are comfortable giving feedback publicly without violating anyone’s privacy then we would encourage that and also non-anonymous feedback is great as well!

Please note it is easy to point out when something is bad though solutions are often the hard part. Ensure you are understanding and respectful when giving feedback. Proposing solutions and concrete paths forward along with pointing out a designs short comings is a great way to gain the improvement you desire. Also note that it is easier to point out a plan was poor after it has concluded it’s execution (hindsight is 20/20) and consequently giving feedback as soon as possible is always essential to help alleviate issues you see coming down the road. Being concrete and clear in feedback is required for it to be useful. Give feedback only on what you observe, your assumptions may not be true.
