Using similar boxes for things to pack - ideally more durable than a cardboard box, use cases when possible. things that are delicate → don’t want them to be crushed

Soldering stations, things that are set up externally, go in larger storage like bottom drawer or other bins. Common use tools are in drawers

Bring trash bags - large

  •  Presentation plan - presenters must be decided, next steps defined. In terms of content, format, service used to make presentation (pptx, other)

    •  sidenote from megan I think this can be fluid, like if there needs to be different people on different days + if someone suddenly becomes VERY critical they should be able to replace another person on the flightline
